How payment and shipping work at KitNations. Plain language, no surprises.
Payment methods
Payments are processed by Mollie B.V., a licensed Dutch payment institution. We accept the following methods:
- iDEAL — direct bank payment for Dutch customers (instant)
- PayPal — buyer protection included
- Credit card — Visa, Mastercard
- Bancontact — for Belgian customers
- SEPA bank transfer — orders ship after payment is received (1–3 business days)
All prices include 21% Dutch VAT (BTW) where applicable. For B2B EU orders, a valid VAT ID may be entered at checkout for reverse-charge invoicing.
Security
All payment data is transmitted over an encrypted (TLS) connection directly to Mollie. KitNations does not see, store, or process your full card or banking details on its own servers.

Orders placed before 16:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 16:00, or on weekends and Dutch public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
Customs & import duties
For deliveries outside the EU (UK, Switzerland, Norway, rest of world), import duties and local VAT may apply on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Tracking
You receive a track-and-trace link by email as soon as your shipping label is generated, usually within a few hours of placing your order. You can also see the tracking number under My Account > Orders.
Delivery restrictions
We do not currently ship to: PO boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, Russia, Belarus, or destinations under EU sanctions. Some bulky items (XXL framed shirts) ship only within the EU.

Lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or never arrived? Email support@kitnations.example with your order number and we will investigate within one business day.
